Ok i need help my ears reeeaally hurt plz help me?

so like a couple weeks ago started to cleen my ears regurlarly like once a week (no coment on that plz) and so one week we didnt have qutips which is what i useually use so i used a bobby pn and i think i cuz the inside of my ear (im on vaca) so i went swiming earlier before it got hurt in the ocean not a pool so like is it infected is it just brused should i see a doctor or is it not that serious plz help me im in major pain here and dont post an answer if you cant help just dont plz
