What breeds do you think this dog could be?

He looks like a miniature pinscher mix. I say mix because although his face is characteristically min pin, his coloring is a bit varied plus he's considerably larger than the 12 lbs. average sized min pin. Perhaps he's mixed with Grey Hound or Manchester Terrier which would explain the size and coloring.
